  2. and finally, there was Dom. All born within
  3. six years, the DiMaggio brothers each
  4. played in the major leagues for at least 10
  5. seasons.

  7. Vince, the oldest, was a good fielder and a
  8. fast runner. But he was never a strong
  9. hitter. In fact, he once set the record for the
  10. most strikeouts in a season! Vince played
  11. for five different teams.

  13. Dom, on the other hand, was a good hitter.
  14. After 11 big-league years, he had a lifetime
  15. batting average of .298. He was also a
  16. great leadoff hitter and a talented outfielder,
  17. for the Boston Red Sox. His only problem
  18. as a ballplayer was that he was constantly
  19. being compared to big brother Joe!
